This place is a part of a one and only program in the state of Georgia called Food As Medicine for people with t2 Diabetes your primary care provider determines if you qualify for the program, every 2 weeks you will pick up fresh fruits and vegetables and you must attend 3 cooking classes in order to continue the program, we take direction from a nutritioness and doctors from Morehouse School Of Medicine hopefully more medical facilities will adopt a similar program.
