Really bad and rude staff! Today was my sisters graduation and I had to step out to lock my vehicle and they said I had to purchase a second ticket in order to go in again. I know it’s for their safety but I was still going to go through the metal detector, buying a second ticket was not necessary and especially the way the lady spoke to me. I didn’t get her name, but I hope they start treating us how they would like to be treated. We go there with a good attitude to celebrate our loved ones for a staff that woke up on the wrong side of the bed to ruin it for us is not okay.
