Very nice observatory. The show was decent. Don’t go when you’re sleepy. Lol. It Can be appealing for adults and children. The show I went to had a small family of talking kids and a babbling baby right behind me. So to say the least, this took away from the effect of the show. And very distracting. Nothing was done about it.

The system at the Fernbank planetarium is awesome in so many ways. Very informative and their videos are awesome. the Zice Mark 5 system they use for viewing the stars is awesome and the 2 videos they showed were great. Excellent experience! The museum is free and the planetarium show is fairly priced at $7 for adults, but there is usually a Groupon that's $9 for two people. I would definitely recommend!

This was a great experience. We watched the Asteroid video and 4 of our children ages 8 to 14 enjoyed the show. I really would like to come back and see the Backholes video next. Pick a seat to the right when you come into the planetarium.
