A very dissapointing experience I walked in to be told they won't work on brakes for ebikes because they haven't figured out a way to lift ebikes safely. Mentioned to the owner it's $150 for a 1 ton lifter that will lift all bikes, got told it's actually $1500. (This was incorrect.) Again mentioned how disappointed I was that a local business would openly turn away free business. 3 service jobs on an ebike justify the ebike lift guys. Might be time to adapt and incorporate both. Got no recommendations for where to go until I asked.

This bike has been my favorite bike shop in Chicago since Aug of 2018. I have purchased two bikes from here; the 2018 Specialized Allez and the 2020 Specialized Allez Sprint Disc. Both have been very soilid bikes since day one. The black Allez has over 8000 miles and still runs beautiful. My red Allez Sprint has over 4000 miles and is such a machine on the roads. I've been coming here for tune ups and any services I couldn't do myself. A big example was a bike crash assessment they did for my red Allez Sprint after a bad crash that broke my left collarbone. They repaired it within a week and it's felt like the bike I knew from day one of owning it. Love this shop. Love the team. And I will be back for more tune ups and services and another road bike in the future.
