I would say this is more or a practice course, but it’s a beautiful campus. We just made our own holes and shot basket to basket. Definitely don’t need to be a student. Talked to multiple people who worked there to understand what’s going on with the course. Everyone was very nice and pointed us to the baskets. Little tricky to figure out what’s what but nice place to throw around and make your own holes up.

As Asst Dir of Security for the Moasic campus(JWU), you don't need a parking pass or student ID at this time. Yes, the course is a little odd due to the construction, but it will be short-lived. Please be aware that the large building in the middle is an elementary school, so have fun and clean up after yourself. 😊

Not a disc golf course. There are baskets but I couldn't find even one tee. The campus maps don't mention a disc golf course. I walked all over and couldn't find a tee so I left. Beautiful Saturday morning and I see no other disc golfers which should have been a red flag that this isn't a true course. Glad I wasted some precious vacation time walking around a non existent course, don't waste your time

This is more of a practice course. Instead of having tees, you throw from basket to basket. There's no requirement for parking passes or student ID. That's simply not true.

However, this does not significantly impair the overall playing experience. Visitors should check for any updates or notices before heading out to avoid surprises and to plan accordingly. The course’s openness 24 hours on some days allows flexible scheduling, but it’s recommended to visit during daylight hours for optimal visibility and enjoyment. Weather conditions can also affect play, so groups should dress appropriately and bring water and sunscreen for protection during summer months. Parking on or near campus is typically available, but larger groups might want to coordinate carpooling or use nearby public transportation options to minimize logistical challenges. Bringing your own discs is advisable since rental options may be limited, but friendly staff can provide suggestions on local shops if needed. With some basic preparation, organizers can ensure their group meetup is smooth, enjoyable, and memorable.
