Be careful purchasing Vapes from this store- I purchased a vape 2 days ago and the although the battery says 100% percent it will continue to say “0%” Just be careful because when I called the store, they said they do not offer exchanges or refunds (I just needed to exchange the vape) The guy mentioned that I purchased a “dud” *basically a defective vape. I understand policies and if this is indeed the policy, I would hope it’s displayed or at least mentioned when purchasing. I have never had this issue before but I will be sure to ask moving forward. Also the vape will no longer charge to “100%”

I’ve been a loyal customer for over two years and have spent thousands upon thousands with this Joker Smoker. While I understand they don’t manufacture the vape products themselves, I do expect them to stand behind what they sell, or work with manufactures or vendors to the take care of their clients. Several times I’ve purchased products that tasted burnt, defective, or just wrong straight out of the box—frustrating and expensive. When I reached out (15-20 times through the years), they refused to take the products back or offer any meaningful resolution, leaving me stuck with items I can’t use and money wasted. Everytime I reached out it was within an hour, at the latest the next morning (since I typically ordered at night). After two years of loyalty, I expected better. A good business should take care of its customers, especially when quality issues are clearly not the customer’s fault. I started ordering from a new shop a few months ago, purchased one defective product and immediately got it replaced. No questions asked. I won’t be ordering again from Joker Smoker, I'd advised you do the same.

Mannnn Don and Bob Ross was sooo helpful! I usually come into this smoke shop for my hookah stuff so as usual we did. But it’s Halloween so we looked a bit scary, Don and Bob Ross loved it! Don i know this could be your full time, part time whatever it is but I’m telling you, go to photography school. He gave us tips on our Halloween photos that i so nicely shared after a pleasant convo. We were so happy to add in the latest photos, we will be back bc the environment is so chill & since im always in and out . I never seen how friendly the staff truly is. So thank you Don, I’m sorry Bob Ross i know that’s not your name but you were hilarious and find this hilarious. See ya again soon
