Pretty good view of Portland here. Nice little park with an all round view. If you come here during clear skies, you could actually see Mt St Helens, Mt Hood, Mt Baker etc. You can also see the Columbia river flow through the city coming in from Washington. Seems to be well maintained too. Decent amount of parking here but checking the timings for those. You generally cannot park late at night. And drive slowly on the way as you pass by residential areas on narrow roads. But those are pretty too!!

Great spot to with a nice view of the river and watch planes come into the airport. It's quite and even on the nice day we were there it there weren't a lot of people. Mostly people just coming and going to either take photos or run/bike.

The views were amazing on this perfectly cloudy day, but we plan to return on a clearer day to really check out the views. Who knew this park existing. LOVELY! Plenty of parking along the road, near the park entrance. Just a short walk up hill to the top. You can see downtown Portland one direction, Vancouver another, and 1-84 coming in from the Gorge. We even talked about making a stop here after picking up guests from the airport in the future.
