the customer service, friendliness, and personal touch is what sets this store above the others. each staff member is knowledgeable and will go out of their way to help you, without trying to upsell you. they had a specialty cider (downeast cider donut) and made sure to have them in stock for when i came in once a week for a pack. they even helped me out when i was hurt. they are not a warehouse store, however their selection focuses on local spirits and is still extensive.
