I'll stop by J&T Thai Street Food if I'm in a rush. I attend the university up the street. I must say that the two times I have been, I found the food a little on the drab and uninteresting side. Nevertheless, it is an option in this area and the staff are friendly and attentive, and the interior is fairly spacious.

Really good price for its value. Great tasting food too! We got the duck noodle soup, chicken lettuce wrap, and Kao Mun Gai Tod, all tasted fantastic. Very tender duck and fried chicken.

Super disappointed. Left SeaWorld with the kids and looked up restaurants. Found this and thought what great comfort, culturally, can't go wrong with street food. Ordered 2 pad see eu and there's literally no char on the noodles, they're soggy, and it only came with Chinese broccoli and the protein we selected (one shrimp and one beef). Paid $15/each for these and could have made better at home. They also didn't have Sriracha or the chili paste that pairs really comfortingly. I'm not going back and leaving a review to help others save their money and hopefully gain a better experience

It took over 20 minutes from placing the order to receiving the food. This doesn’t look like freshly made food at all. It seems like it had been sitting out for a long time—the noodles were clumped together and very hard, impossible to separate. It even tasted spoiled.

What are the limitations or considerations for groups planning to meet at J&T Thai Street Food?

While J&T Thai Street Food shines as a casual and affordable group dining destination, it does have limitations worth considering before planning your meetup. The menu doesn’t provide a kids’ menu or specialized dietary accommodations explicitly, so groups with young children or specific dietary restrictions should review options carefully beforehand. They also do not accept reservations, so if your group prefers guaranteed seating or plans to come at peak hours, it could mean some waiting or needing to split into smaller tables. Finally, the experience is firmly in the casual fast-casual segment without live music or other traditional entertainment features, so it suits groups that prioritize food and conversation over ambiance or performance.
