I was only in the city for 2.5 days most recently. Specifically went here because Untappd told me it had Old Speckled Hen on draft. Delicious pulled pork sandwich, and friendly bar staff. Note: the ‘cole slaw’ on the pork sandwich was Rae shredded celery & apples. Not everyone’s cuppa, but I loved it. Pleasantly conversational when I spoke to them. Stopped once more before I had to head to the airport. Look forward to going next time I’m in the city!

If you're looking for whiskey this is the bar to swing by just south of the park. Great selection. Good prices. And that burger is killer. The staff is excellent.

Spent the first night of our honeymoon here after roadtripping up from our wedding in Florida and could not recommend more! The food was amazing, the service was quick and attentive. The chicken Caesar salad was the best Caesar I’ve ever had, the Philly egg rolls have a curry ketchup that is the perfect complement to it, and the JRB burger was perfectly cooked. We can’t wait to come back to NYC and have this added to our must revisit list!

This is a man’s bar…and women that like big burgers, big beers, sports and dark masculine decor. The men in our party loved it and like men, had no complaints.
