My husband & I went to see Sean Rowe & Social Animals on Saturday. We arrived about 45 minutes before the concert started. Judson & Moore Distillery is a beautiful clean quaint place. The bartenders are very friendly and the whiskey is good. Sean Rowe was amazing. It was like having a concert in my living room. Everyone seemed to enjoy themselves. Go to Judson & Moore and have a whiskey and enjoy a concert.

Hidden Jewel! This distillery with its bar, in an old, extremely well repurposed, industrial building by the river, is a true gem. Their "whiskeys" (rye, bourbons, single malt) are truly good. Their cocktails are beautiful. And the whole place has a very intimate atmosphere. It's worth the trip! And did I mention super friendly stuff?

A wonderful whiskey tasting experience tucked away at Rockwell on the River. The staff was very attentive and knowledgeable about their whiskeys, from rye, to single scotch, to bourbon. Of particular interest were the red corn and smoked whiskeys which were a treat and uniquely crafted from Chicagoland and local ingredients. It was a joy to see Chicago distinguishly represented in the whiskey market. A great place to relax, bring your dog, friends, a date, and sip enjoyably.
