If I could do a 0 star I would but unfortunately I can’t. Horrible customer service. I went in with my step mom they didn’t file her nails and tried to charge her for a file. Then the ladies started to talk dookie and say “oh I guess Nancy works for free” AS we were paying I’m not even sure WHY they were saying that. I have NEVER been to such a horrible nail shop. They didn’t even have the best color selection and charge 15 for gel. My nails didn’t even come out good she painted my skin.

Update: one of my nails already broke off ... 5 days later. And my friend that went with me had multiple nails break off as well They fit me and my best friend in for a last-minute walk-in, which I really appreciated. The staff was nice, and they offer coffee and water, but no other drinks like some places. I showed Lisa a reference photo, but the design didn’t turn out as expected. She did redo it when I asked, but I wouldn’t recommend this place for intricate designs—solid colors should be fine! I did notice some black hairs embedded in one nail, which might be from needing a deeper clean in the space. Overall, the ladies were nice, and I appreciate the service!

I just got my nails done from there on one of my fingers while I was there, I noticed it was really thick & not blended well. I asked her to fix she started working on it. When I got home the side of it was still thick looking and as I look at all my nails, they’re just not what I’m use to getting. Nothing like Crystle Nails I usually go to them, but they’re out on vacation. Pictures do know justice in person my nails are worse. I will never go there again. I already hate my fingers, so I always have beautiful nails these nails remind me of bubble nails.

This was the WORST experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon in my entire life. I called and came in for an acrylic full set today. The salon I frequent is newly closed on Sundays. The minute the woman started doing the acrylic powder, I knew it was going to be awful. She clearly had no business doing an acrylic full set on someone. She put the tips on crooked, the powder on thick and clumpy, and kept adding more and more layers to try to even it out. I then showed her a photo of what I’d like, basic pink and white french tip. I’ll attach a photo so you can see what I asked for and what I walked out with…She charged me $50.00 because she “took off $5.00”, as she knew this was extremely low quality work and I vocalized I was unhappy with the results. When I called and expressed how upset I am, they said “Well no one here today knows how to do acrylics”… What? Then why did you agree to an appointment for acrylics? The nails look so bad in daylight I went back and asked for a refund. I wanted the nails completely removed. She said she’d refund half of the cost and take my acrylics off so I can go to a different salon. I go back and she didn’t even fully remove the acrylics. She left me with short, thick, uneven acrylics on that I’ll now have to pay another salon to remove. Just as the cherry on top of everything, she cut my finger and made me bleed. There was zero acknowledgement or apology for this. She then had me put my bloody finger under the UV light, kind of disgusting since everyone uses that. I highly recommend going to a different salon in the area. This one is not reliable and agrees to do services they aren’t skilled in. $57.00 later, I’ll be paying $60 to get a new full set somewhere else. Happy Holidays from this place!!!

K&V Nails does a wonderful job. I have feet that could give me trouble, but the care I get there prevents visits to the doctor. The owner is very professional, the techs are all supportive of each other, and friendly. I enjoy my visits there!
