Kaiut yoga is amazing!!! It is life changing and something i will now do for the rest of my life. Its very different than other types of yoga and it has really helped get rid of any pain i had in my body prior to doing it as well as helped with inner calm. The studio is amazing and the instructors are some of the BEST in the world. Each instructor has something special to them when they teach which makes each class unique. They also pay very close attention to every person which helps make sure you are getting the most out of each pose and class. I don’t know where id be without it! 10/10 would recommend!

This studio and classes were absolutely amazing. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Stunning studio with attention to detail. They even lay out the mats and bolsters. Classes are wonderful. It's a type of yoga that is suitable for everyone. The teachers offered modifications and the style was very gentle, slow and felt therapeutic. It will now be a permanent part of my routine when I am in town.

After having two knee replacements in the past four years, wasn’t sure what my future might look like. Now I know, after a few months with a consistent commitment several times a week. I have found more availability and flexion in my knees than I ever thought possible! It has brought me to tears to have more movement and less pain.
