I’ve been to the place several times and have not had an issue. Except is questionable the way the prep the nails for the polish application. I got My nails done 5 days ago and since day 2 my nail polish started to lift. Was busy working and had no time to pass as soon as it happened. I came Today and politely showed my nails and asked if they could fix my nails and the man on the front desk said that they don’t guarantee that the nail will not break or shift. I never said my nail broke but gel polish should last more than 2 days. They said I would have to pay a full service to get it fixed. So I said Thank you and left. I never write reviews, and personally the girl who helps me is always nice, but they should definitely do better when it comes to servicing a loyal customer. The nail polish is probably old and that’s why it lifted. But that reflects a lot on the place. They need to do better when it comes to fixing these problems that clearly are not the customers fault. Anyways you can see the place success in they way the handle problems which is not great. Will not recommend to anyone.

My wife’s only intention with the previews review was to bring awareness about the way you guys handle customer service. If you read my wife’s previous review she had been there several times and had not experienced this. Your analogy about the hair salon does not make sense. You should at least offer your customer quality products. Because there is no way a gel polish lasts for 2 days. She didn’t ask for a refund or was rude to you, she simply asked if you could fix her nails that had gel polish that lifted as soon as she walked out of there basically. But it’s ok, I wish nothing bad upon your business, you just will not get a returning customer.

My nail tech barely said anything to me the whole time I was there and communicated by rougly pushing my hands whenever she wanted me to do something. I wanted her to shape my nails the same way and size, each finger is a different length and size. When I brought it up to her attention, she nonchalantly said "they same size" Unphased she continued her work without so much of an apology. Her tools' cleanliness were questionable at best; I will never set foot in this place again! I left there and 3 days later 3 of my nails break and 1 is chipping, I went back for her to fix them and she got and attitude and said that because it wasn't a new set or wasn't her fault and she wasn't going to fix them because it was normal for nails to break. Like really?!!!! After three days?!!! How are y'all even still in business, this place is horrible and I've never had such ignorant people with poor customer service. Rude and nasty!!

Not from this area and required a fast gel manicure. I'm quite happy that KC Nails was open. I forgot his name, but the guy who did my nails did a fantastic job, even trimming my cuticles. Many of the locations I have visited don't do them. The cost was affordable. Even though it's a touch run-down, this is still a good place to be papered. Highly recommend!!
