Bought a papaya here for almost $9, when I opened it the taste was so bitter and clearly something was wrong with it. The cashier didn’t give me a receipt so I wasn’t able to return it- very unfortunate

Inside store is decent and well stocked. However, a couple of times the displayed price and the price the cashier rings up do not match. Check the prices while they ring them and before you pay. One thing that deters me from these kind of markets in black and brown communities is the security FOR FOOD. I just feel so uncomfortable with mean face men with a gun standing at a door when I'm buying groceries. Must be a cultural thing. But it's disturbing. The most someone can do is steal groceries! I see this in many of these markets. Are they there to protect me or the groceries. 🤷🏽♀️The food is high price to begin with as they cater to the people in the community.

I had a disappointing experience at Key Foods Fresh while trying to pay my FPL bill. The manager, Ismel, was very rude and unprofessional called me stupid boy It's concerning to see someone like him in a leadership role. When I pointed out that FPL's hours were until 10, he closed the store and customer service at 9:50, which was frustrating. I wouldn't recommend this supermarket to anyone due to the poor racist customer service I received.
