Checked out Kingchang LA in Ktown yesterday and it did not disappoint! The walls are covered with celebrity autographs which was pretty fun to look at while waiting for the food. I heard their beef intestines are a must-try, but since I’m all about the meat, I went for the beef combo instead. They’ve also got pork and plenty of other options so there’s something for everyone. One cool thing is that while you’re grilling, the table setup also lets you cook a hotpot on the side—super convenient and cozy. The prime boneless short ribs was definitely my favorite! On top of the combo, I ordered the spicy chicken feet and spicy rice cake with fish cake, both of which were amazing. And shoutout to their mashed potato side dish—so good I had to get multiple refills. Ordering is super easy too. No need to flag down servers, you can just order everything through the tablet at the table. Oh, and plenty of parking, which is always a huge plus in LA.

I came to LA twice a week one day each time. And I went to this place both times. Love the intestines. It just have a very special way of seasoning. Sweet and savory. I’d recommend order the big plate for three ppl. The large intestines are the best. Very fatty tho.
