I had never been to Kings before but decided to plan a visit here to see what it was all about. I called on a Tuesday to make reservations for the very next Friday night at 730pm for two people. That process was seamless and I even got a confirmation text 24 hours before my reservation. I arrived a bit earlier than my friend and was told I had to wait for my party but I would be checked in. That was no issue also so I decided to wait outside in front. After about five minutes my friend arrived and we were able to pay, get our shoes and lanes to start bowling. Immediately walking in I could feel the temperature rise significantly. Our lane given was number 8 closer to the back of the establishment. As we started to get settled we started to sweat. After speaking with the bartender we then learned the air conditioning was out and had been out since LAST YEAR. I was immediately stunned because why wouldn't this be something guests are told on the phone or even upon check-in BEFORE payment is rendered? My friend and I bowled two games in the sweltering heat in an attempt to still have a decent evening and left wet. I will not be back here unless the air conditioning is fully operational.

We came here for my husbands work appreciation monthly social night for families. We loved that we had our own private area. The staff was very friendly. The food was good. The drinks were good. I loved there was also a gaming area for kids if they didn't wanna bowl. The only thing I did not like was when we ordered drinks a tip was put on to my receipt. I didn't see a sign that stated a tip was automatically included. I tip well I am a bartender myself I don't like to be told what to tip. Because I would have tipped more than 10 bucks. Other than that everything was awesome

Air conditioning is still out as of mid July 2025, food is mediocre and expensive, and the fire alarm goes off repeatedly throughout the day. After we placed our food order, the fire alarm went off and the building was evacuated for 20 minutes, so everyone was standing outside in 100° weather. Our server was friendly but disappeared for another half hour once we were seated again. Just avoid this place for now, fellas.

Keira was the best, she fixed a miscommunication that wasn’t even her fault, upgraded our bowling from the main floor to Kings Pin! As a sales manager working in the back office she was also working the floor cleaning and constantly checking on us to see if we needed anything, she was a rock star and made our experience the best possible.
