It was our second time visiting this place. Service is very friendly, food is delicious and tasty sake as well. We ordered Agedashi tofu, Oyster, Sashimi combo large, and Richard Roll. All were very tasty. Price is also reasonable with a decent volume. We will definitely visit again.

I’ve eaten a lot of sushi, and this is a fantastic sushi restaurant. The staff are kind and thoughtful, the atmosphere is nice, and the food is excellent. I’ve dined here for several years, and I continue to return! Couldn’t give this place a better recommendation for a fantastic neighborhood sushi restaurant. They have a great lunch special, also! I love the chirachi and the sushi sets.

I reserved the $65 Omakase, expecting a traditional experience where each dish is served one by one with thoughtful progression. However, what I received was essentially just a sashimi bowl. While the fish was fresh, the presentation and flavors were very ordinary—lacking the creativity, variety, and attention to detail that typically define an Omakase meal. Unfortunately, this fell short of expectations for both the price and the experience.

Having come here for over a decade, I can confidently say this is one of the best sushi restaurants in Seattle. From the moment you are seated, you are warmly greeted and given a hot towel (oshibori). The quality of the fish blows competition out of the water in taste and price. I recommend either coming in at opening for lunch (for the best sushi value in the city) or making a reservation for dinner to try their omakase and a few shared plates.

Kisaku has been in Tangletown,a sweet neighborhood just above Green lake, for over a decade and has a strong, loyal following. It is best to get reservations for dinner as the wait can been long. They serve excellent sushi and sashimi - you will see many orders of their Moriawase Special go out; this is a 12 piece selection of sushi or sashimi served with miso soup, the sashimi served with rice. My husband any I both ordered this on our last visit but had slightly different selections. Their sushi is thoughtful and well made. The service is excellent, knowledgeable and friendly. Street parking can be tough, but is worth the effort.
