I stopped going to Kohl's for over a decade because I stopped liking the clothing and products they were selling, especially at the prices they were. I've recently gone into one by my house a few times now to return Amazon packages and each time I've been obsessed with the clothing and products they sell now. It's like most of the store is now full of things I love and that are stylish (they have different styles for everyone really). However, it is still a bit expensive so I can't shop there on a regular basis.

I had maybe 200 in clothing and merchandise but was kept waiting 10 minutes or more in line while both cashiers dealt with very slow customers maybe not the two cashiers fault but whatever issues these two were having were not usual they should be asked to step aside with whatever personal issues they were having with their transactions saw everyone else in the line give eye rolls and sighs myself and one other. Customer bailed. , Kohl’s lost out on two good customers trying to cater to these. You fill in the blank. This is why people shop on line my time it’s too valuable and I didn’t feel Kohl’s deserved my business they should put these two over to another attendant , a supervisor to handle their myriad and multiple issues. Looked like one person was challenging every scanned item.

Please shop in- store, this is a great store, well stocked and you can try on clothing to see if you like it and what size works best for you. I enjoyed spending almost 3 hours here, updating my wardrobe and wandering around other sections of the store, got a lot of great ideas. Will def come back here. Oh, the area is so so where the store is (kinda bleak) but don't let that detract you, I had no problems at all regarding safety!
