Tried Kooly'a BBQ today for the 1st time & I was not disappointed! I ordered the Big Heavyweight & it was delicious! Didn't take much to fill me, so I shared with my children. They gave it their collective stamp of approval! Will be a repeat customer! I also ordered the knockout, the ribs could've been more tender, overall it was a wonderful afternoon lunch for us.

They made us sick..this is what we were served 8/16/2025 about 8:25 pm. We ordered two potatoes one w sausage and brisket the other w sausage only. We knew something wasn't right so I rinsed off the meat only to find out it was very old and discolored. Greyish, brown color on the sausage, brisket had no pink ring at all like it had been smoked. It was our first time here and my stomach still hurt making this review. As they are closed today this is my bookmark to follow up.

Always a great hit for the fam! We leave with 2 potatoes (one with chicken and links, and the other with ribs, links and one other meat) and spend about $50-$60. IT'S WORTH IT EVERY TIME!! I never make it to take a pic before we dig in lol. Only downside, CASH ONLY. I'm sure there may be an ATM, but I'm not positive. Music is always jamming while you wait for your food! **added old photos I found from a year ago lol**

I went to this establishment when they first opened on 4/22/25. I received a cold chopped beef sandwich and rubbery rub sandwich . I informed the employees and they wanted to argue with me about my cold sandwich and how my food was made. It’s overstood that it’s premade duhh, it’s BBQ. It takes time to cook. But at least have my food hot. I have to return to work, I don’t have time to go warm up some food that supposed to be hot already. They argued with me and made me leave the establishment with a cold sandwich. This is why it’s hard to support black businesses. And I’m black myself !!! I rather take my hard worked money somewhere else ! I will NEVER eat here again and I don’t recommend to Friends or family OR ANYONE . ZERO STARS ⭐️‼️

I would think that the photo says it all but to put it in my words I do not recommend kooleys BBQ because first of all you can hardly ever catch them open and then the sides were good but the hotlinks were almost hard as rocks. And the bottle water was served hot. I give whomever made the Mac and cheese 10 gold stars it was phenomenal but I could have done without the rest of the meal just being honest. The hospitality was crappy overall. Just very displeased with the place.
