Best Ice in San Diego! Kroc kids hockey program is the best. Coach Grecia cares about the kids tremendously and his knowledge of the game is amazing. The rink is clean, plenty of seating, and amazing staff. Can also have kids birthday parties here. It’s very reasonably priced. There is a nice coffee shop too. They also serve small snacks and food.

This is the Greatest Place! I took my grandson for swimming lessons while I sat back enjoyed Espressos and muffins. All delish. AND TODAY - As we drive by they advertised for: “CHILDREN’S FREE LUNCH” You have to check it out!!! Great Job guys!! Keep up the great work!!!

I'm a parent with two kids, 3 and 6. We signed up for ice explorers for the first time and were coming in regularly for classes, but today was the worst customer service and the most unfriendly experience by far at the KROC center. We were not notified by text or email that the classes were canceled for today, nor were there any reminders from the staff until we came into the center. The lady at the front desk did not make an exception for our girls to at least public skate for 30 minutes, and neither did the supervisor. The supervisor said "no, sorry" to the kids and expected us to pay or run back home for the passes... Our kids started to cry and didn't they couldn't skate. After this experience, we will not be continuing our kids' membership at this place. This place is not recommended for parents with small kids. Please go elsewhere that treats you with respect and understanding.
