Simply wonderful! We celebrated my daughter’s birthday at this party venue and everything was perfect. The space is amazing, well-designed and super safe for the kids to play freely. My daughter loved every moment, and so did all her little friends! What I found especially great is that parents can feel at ease: there’s a reserved area where we could watch the kids playing while comfortably chatting. That made all the difference! I want to give a special thank you to Serlenis, Arianna, and Mariella, who were outstanding from start to finish, so friendly, helpful, and incredibly professional. I picked Kubo because of its great reviews and after visiting this place in person I completely loved it. Celebrated my son’s 1st birthday and I don’t regret choosing this indoor playground. Alejandro was so helpful throughout the whole booking process and the ladies working (staff) the day of the event were not only sweet but had such great service, they ensured everything was perfect and made sure we were content with everything. The decoration was beautiful and exceeded my expectations. Food was delicious and nicely served. The explorer who came to entertain the kids was a total success, kids loved the games. Everything was just literally PERFECT. The best part is that everything is done for you and everything is ready once you arrive jejeje. Would definitely recommend this place and would book again without a doubt. Thank you kubo biscayne!!! We had a blast and everyone loved every moment of the party :)
