I ordered an item from this store that was listed as brand new and never worn, with no damages listed. I found a hole in the item when I opened the package, so I photographed the hole and sent a photo to the owner to request to send the item back for a refund. The owner said that the product they sent did not have a hole in it or they would have listed it in the description, so they would not honor a refund. I revisited the original product photos and you can see a dent/shadow exactly where the hole is. I replied with screenshots of this, but the owner will not respond (image attached). I don't mind that they missed the hole when they listed the item because everyone makes mistakes, but I do mind that they suggested that I damaged the item myself and are refusing to refund the item or respond to me.
