There was an attack in the kitchen- not sure what happened but it was aggressive. As a young, single woman I felt in danger, especially by Brian who thankfully never showed, but his sandwich resides and lives on on the counter as a memory of his absence. Darn shame though because the sandwiches are good, he missed out😭 Also, the cashier just stared at me when I walked up and when I started to order she got angry that I didn’t say my name first. How was I supposed to know?😪 overall, good atmosphere, if they got an entirely new staff, sourdough 10/10. That’s it.

A friend recommended this place to me, so I stopped by during lunchtime to grab a sandwich. Unfortunately, they were already out and suggested an alternative, which I assumed was another type of sandwich. Instead, I ended up with a cheese dish that I can’t even describe. After waiting more than 30 minutes for it, I was completely disappointed. I won’t be returning, and honestly, I had a much better meal at the restaurant next door.

I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but I waited for nearly 30 minutes for my To Go order. People who ordered after me came and went. The staff at La Farm were taking care of the people ordering or socializing with each other and only checked in once, after about 20 minutes. I struggled to get their attention outside of that. By the time I was about to ask for a refund because my flight was coming, they had finally finished my order. I got a breakfast sandwich. The food was good, but for what it was I did not expect to wait so much longer than everyone else. The staff did not let me know to expect a wait or why mine took so much longer. I do feel like more communication from the team would have helped the situation.

There doesn't seem to be any urgency in getting orders out in a timely manner. They move through the order line fast enough so it doesn't look like you'll have to wait long, but I waited over 30 minutes between paying and receiving my order. Even if you have time, there isn't enough space to hold customers waiting for orders. The food is good, but not worth the hassle.

Le Farm has the best food. I was excited to have it on a layover at RDU. Unfortunately I'll never know if it tastes the same. Waited for service for 15 min in a mostly empty sitting area. All the servers were on break or maybe having a team meeting? They were sitting in the dining area next to me. Not knocking break time but no one else in the dining area were being served either. So I left. So I'd suggest making the special trip to a brick and mortar LA Farm. Definitely worth the trip.
