Beautiful park with lots of green grass. The trail and parts of the grass are often soggy/muddy, so wear appropriate shoes.

The park has a lot of open space with well-maintained, green grass and dirt paths. It is a great place to walk dogs and despite that, is clean. There are three directions to walk, and street parking nearby on Charmant. There is freeway noise, but the freeway is elevated, and it us not too bad.

Wonderful area to live in. Free summer music concerts. Some dogs off leash from time to time which is not allowed, and unfortunately no organized sports are allowed. Great fitness jogging trail with stops/stations.

Really clean park! Limited to residents only so there is no parking except on the street.
