Visited La Leggenda when I read it was an award winning, authentic, Napolitano pizza, didn't know I had such a prestigious establishment in my back yard. The venue lives up to its reputation. We had the award-winning Margherita which was cooked perfectly, authentic Italian San Marzano tomato sauce, part of what makes this pizza a winner, with fresh mozzarella, in a perfectly cooked dough. Also tried the Calzone Napolitano, outstanding! The service was impeccable, courteous, and professional, spectacular team. The restaurant is cozy and clean. On a hot day, it's not perfectly cool inside, but you won't break a sweat. If you're in a hurry, don't go, they are masters at their craft and the food will take its time to cook, so go to relax and enjoy a delicious meal. Side orders are pricey, I asked for some extra garlic, all they have is garlic infused olive oil, delicious!, but it was $3.00 for a couple of ounces, which we didn't even entirely consume. If you are a pizza lover, don't mind going out of your way, you will be glad you did!
