Will return Their Opera House is a modern box structure that reminds one of Lincoln Center. It's next to the Disney Concert Hall, across the W 1st Street. The fountain changes color, which looks cheap. The foyer is small, but the pre-show talk is most wonderful. The interior is good and the seats are comfortable. Like the Sarasota Opera House, they put English subtitles on a banner above the stage, whereas the Met puts them on the back of the seat with multiple language options. Inside, there are many vendors. The five-act opera by Charles Gounod (1818-93), which premiered in 1867 in Paris. It was based on Shakespeare's play (The Tragedy of Romeo and Juliet) that premiered in 1597. The production of the opera is great. It's a packed house. Rolling in bed, half naked: seriously? They received thunderous applause.

One of my favorite places in Los Angeles. I love LA Opera House. The building inside and outside is so beautiful, so nice and very chic. The staff are so welcoming. Their events are always great, and you will never disappointed. I always enjoy my time in opera house. The other thing that I love about it is that everyone going to dress up, very chic and stylish. It feels like an old classic movie and I love it. Everything in LA Opera House is so fabulous.

LA Opéra is a beautiful building nested in the Music Center, downtown LA. Parking is pretty easy with a large parking garage under the Music Center. A few restaurants and food truck inspired food, are available around the Plaza in case you are hungry prior going to a show. The inside of the building is majestic with a beautiful staircase and giant chandeliers hanging high. The acoustic of the Opera is really good, even on the second level loge.

I opened the 2025 Season with Madam Butterfly and closed with Rigolleto. That's quite a Big Fat serving of unrequited Love and vengeful love, killing profound Love. I'm flying high with the experience.

What amazing afternoon at the Opera. I don't understand Opera but it is pretty impressive to watch. The venue was stunning, parking was easy $9 in the garage below the building. I highly recommend to go early or stay after to walk around downtown I haven't been there for a while. It's about a half walk from the Disney concert hall which is impressive into itself. Plenty of places to dine. The show is very well organized They served snacks and drinks at intermission which are very expensive. I can't wait to go back.
