Hello Austin... another super hot, humid day. Please drink plenty of fluids & I'm definitely not talking about alcohol/liquor. Try water or Gatorade etc. I personally walk in the early part of the day or evening. This is the hottest "Most Dangerous Time To Be Outside." 👈🏽 For those of you who don't know: Ladybird trail is really long, but the topography is so beautiful & worth the walk. "Too Me." 👈🏽 If you don't know this about me, here you go. I continue to learn how to live with PTSD, & Bi-Polar Depression, insomnia. I've tried all the others, Therapy, Prozac back in the day; Etc. I had a stalker & was terrorized for 3 & 1/12 yrs. So I personally didn't like taking medication to deal with the Traumatic, Life Lasting Damages. However, walking is what "has always worked for me." 👈🏽 Living downtown central allows me to really experience this lifestyle. I really am enjoying it, but on the 10th of July...my goal is to leave Austin. It gives me 10 months! So...walk & do the trail...
