During the historic flooding over July 4th weekend, Blake decided to go radio silent once I requested a cancellation and a refund of the deposit. Travis County banned all water craft for the day we had a reservation in the afternoon, on July 5th. I guess deadly flash floods don't get your deposits back! I was scammed out of $440 thanks to this company. Hopefully you don't have bad weather on your reservation, as Blake will gladly keep your money! Edit: Blake responded to my review before bothering to text me back. Blake was responsive to my texts throughout the morning of July 5th until I mentioned a refund. Then, I saw bubbles of him typing back to me and then never responding to the numerous texts I sent throughout the day and the next day. I will not accept this kind of treatment from a company and plan on filing suit via small claims court. Warning to everyone out there!
