The kayak storage facility is adequate, however communication with Lake Union Life LLC is unprofessional and their billing system has been poorly handled. I entered into a contract with this kayak storage facility, and was told that after signing the contract I would get further instruction on how to make recurring monthly payment. Lake Union Life did not return my emails for 7 months, and then sent all the back-dated invoices at once, and demanded payment within a week. Not only this, but they falsified the invoice by stating that they were being re-sent. This company lacks integrity and organization. I hope they improve.
