Great area for a walk. Parking area is small but even if you have to find parking in the residential area across the street, it's not an issue. There are are only a few benches and tables so I'd recommend bringing a blanket or your own chairs to sit on the grass. The lake views are incredible especially at sunset. The noise level will depend on traffic but every time I've come it's never been at a "party" level. Most people are just there to enjoy nature walking the sidewalk with or without thier dog and fishing for bass.

Good family park. There are some people there cranking music and smoking, but they're just enjoying the park. Everyone is always kind and it's a great place to have a picnic, rent or ride bikes, kayak, or enjoy the sunset. Seafare is also a must and is held at mount baker rowing center. Home to my marina, and gorgeous mountains, and mount baker, as well as Washington boulevard , it's a must visit.
