Went in just inquiring about basic fishing boats, and was pleasantly greeted, the staff is courteous and knowledgeable about their products. It's not a huge place, and can be easily missed (we did).

This review of my journey could be a book, but I'll try to stay out of the weeds. I bought a new Lund Boat in May of 2025. On the way back to Albuquerque, I pulled over near Flagstaff to check on the boat and trailer. I found the pieces of the rear seat on the floor. I called the dealership and drove 150 miles back. Once there, Scott helped me, reassembling the seat and securing the other loose seats. He also checked the battery installation and replaced a Cup Holder that had blown off. Very competent that man is. Continuing on, we drove back through Tucson to Albuquerque, a 900-mile trip. Later, during a fishing trip, we discovered gas leaking inside the back of the boat. I turned on the Bilge Pump and gas and water came out. We inspected the Fuel line to the outboard and found a defective quick disconnect. I passed this on to the dealership. We had to replace the disconnect and the over-sized fuel tank as well. It was damaged due to contact with protruding screws. This was passed on to the dealership and Lund. Not willing to make another 900-mile trip to the dealership, we effected the repairs ourselves, keeping the receipts and hoping we could be reimbursed. I contacted Lund Boats and filed a warranty claim as well. This culminated with the CEO of Lund Boats personally calling me to discuss my safety concerns about the fuel system of this boat. VERY admirable of that man to do this and I’m confident he’ll come through with his promise to address my issues. This process took three months with be coup calls and emails to the dealership and Lund. I found the dealership always responsive and courteous, and, in the end, I was reimbursed. Despite the grief and hazards I endured, I’ll still give the dealership good marks. Just follow Scott’s example when prepping a boat, he does quality work.
