Be careful of their gotcha clause in the membership contract, they will charge you an extra month of membership fee when you cancel and there’s no flexibility at all. e.g. even if you cancel on 05-01 they’ll charge you for entire June. Also the equipments are so old and always smells like sweat.

Huge multi-floor gym with plenty of squat racks and machines and wasn't crowded at all on a Sunday afternoon. $35 day pass was a great deal given how much this facility had to offer. Would come back again and take advantage of their climbing wall and pool.

Joined last month and couldn't be happier. LSF is clean, not too crowded, and very reasonably priced for what you get: a true old-school health club atmosphere. The gym is well-equipped and the amenities are incredible—sauna, steam, room, and hot tub in each (massive) locker room; grooming products; towel service. Big, comfortable lounge. Friendly, personal, competent staff. Overall an awesome place to work out and hang out.

Excellent facility from the staff to the equipment. Visited this gym while out of town. Paid for a day pass $35. Worked out at around 6pm on a weekday. The gym was not packed at all. The equipment was great. They gym has equipment for serious lifters. Decent barbells, DBs above 80lbs, chalk allowed, and good assortment of plate loaded/ selectorized machine's. The gym itself is very clean, and they have signs encouraging hygiene etiquette.

I was here for Tridot Pool School. It's an amazing freestyle swim course designed for triathletes. I'd highly recommend it to anyone who's looking to improve their freestyle. As for the gym: I loved the lockerooms. They were spotlessly clean with fresh towels and other amenities. I didn't tour the workout facilities, but the pool was nice, even though it's a bit short of 25 yards.
