Saw a mouse running around on the armrest of the chair in front of me today and unfortunately could not stay. This theater is in shambles every time I go. Seats (both bathroom and in the screen rooms) are grimy and often broken. Has a luxury facade because of its location, but is pretty substandard inside. I need to start going elsewhere, especially when the cost of tickets are rising but the standard isn’t.

I’ve been here quite a few times and always had a nice experience but the theater I was in tonight was insanely moldy smelling. I wanted to leave immediately and felt ill afterward. Talked to the manager and they said it’s a known issue in theater 2 & 5, they were very dismissive and nonchalant about it. Concerning…the seats were falling apart too. Pretty disappointed.
