We attended this park yesterday. It was close to Childrens Surgery Center my son to have surgery at one and I was trying to come from eating and drinking. This was the place to do that. It was perfect many swings and two swings that went back and forth about 30 feet he loved at the most so many different activities and multiple slides. Kids didn't have to wait to take their return because they were so much this park is very big and clean. I wish it was closer to our city

Laurel Hills Park is a go to option if you live in Raleigh. And it is a fantastic park for the kids! It is a GIGANTIC park with multiple slides, swings bridges and so much more. Basketball court is fun. And the landscaping is beautiful. The funnest part of the playground is the rocking ship. And the rocking ship kids and grown ups! It has trails that you can hike through with the baseball field for games and that is extremely fun! I think they just have finished the community center for Laurel Hills Park. And bathrooms are remodeled now. But since it is one of the best playgrounds in Raleigh, it will be very busy, like packed! Especially on the weekends. But in the Summer you are lucky there is lots of shade in the playground with tents and benches. But when it is busy it will be hard to find benches when it’s busy. So I would recommend avoid going in a summer weekend. The best time to get is in fall on a weekday if there’s time. The best time to go in the summer is probably on a Sunday in the 80’s for temperature. But the is a impressive and Incredible park I definitely recommend going if you live in Raleigh despite living in the suburbs around Raleigh it will take longer to go to the park but if you live closer to Downtown Raleigh, West Raleigh, The triangle and others that surround it then I recommend this park. Awesome park and highly recommended!
