Ok let me preface, I live out of state in New Jersey and envisioned getting married in Arizona with an intimate dinner afterwards with close family and friends. I came up with this idea, lot's calling it crazy for being so far away and not having clear answers right away. I just trusted it would all work out. The missing piece to my "crazy" idea was SARAH. A true Angel on this Earth and once I found her everything fell into place. I genuinely don't know how I could ever thank you for creating one of my favorite days I ever lived. Lauren Allen came highly recommended from our Venue and from our first conversation I knew why, I left it feeling comfortable and confident. You need to trust your gut feeling and other conversations with caterers left me feeling uneasy. Sarah and her team are truly the reason why everything came together so nicely. From your patience in answering all of my apprehensive parents questions, your extremely impressive response time, your expert advise when I had no idea what I was doing and all of the "little" things that truly meant the most to me. Now let's talk about the FOOD! It is truly a gourmet experience! My Italian besties are still raving about it! I honestly would fly back to Arizona just to have your Bucantini Pasta and Braised Short Rib again. It was 'different' and that's what you want for a wedding, something that leaves your guests talking about it months later! Lauren Allen and her team was absolutely amazing! From speaking with my event specialist Claire and her picking every perfect last detail to Chef Jakes amazing food. Everything was exceptional, professional and the perfect party. Nini, Jamie and Ben made sure the night of, everything went off without a hitch, no drink was left empty and their clean-up was like they were never there in the first place. If I could give them 10 stars I would and highly highly recommend for any special event you may have.
