This Leslie Beach Club is a SCAM and a FRAUD. We moved into the local neighborhood and wanted to be part of the community. So we researched our neighborhood pool and nowhere did they mention the (Be Aware of these prices before making NON-Refundable Deposits and these costs are not advertised on their website) $$$$$$950$$$$$$$ Initiation Fee $$$$$$650$$$$$$$ Annual Dues For a outdoor unheated pool that is open 4 months out of the year. Upon receiving this unreasonable quote we inquired about the possibility of the $100 dollar deposit and we were told this is NONREFUNDABLE In addition if you want to participate to swim as the competition there are additional charges.
