This young man has five star customer service and knowledge, this store had not only was the only store in the area carrying my favorite pipes (Peterson) but they had a full and awesome collection! I picked up 2 oz of the entertainer blend as well, Amazing !!!

Most impressive pipe store I've found, and good prices. Walked in on a Monday after work and found nearly half a dozen guys in the lounge, seemed friendly and welcoming. The guy behind the counter was VERY friendly patient even though I clearly am not very experienced and I told him how limited my budget was. Went out of his way to find a pipe in my budget and style and didn't mind at all when I told him I'd have to come back in a week or two to afford the one I really wanted. Then answered questions and helped me find one of their great house blends that matched my tastes after I explained what I had and what I liked and didn't like in the ones I had tried from another shope. I will drive all the away across town to go here from now on. And will be buying my next pipe here.
