Absolutely phenomenal teaching. I've been going here for years and it's a great learning experience every single time. The simulations are fantastic, fair and contributes to actual learning and not putting you on the spot. It's a very comfortable environment with fantastic instructors. I work at UofM and they provide ACLS training there, but I'd prefer this place any day because of their laid back approach and really 1:1 teaching if you're having a hard time with something. They make you feel comfortable asking questions!

Especially if you’re new to this training, these are your people. I Have been coming here for years, no matter where I’ve traveled to, I make sure to have a visit with family where I can make the ride up to these folks! The bottom line is, they understood long before others that learning doesn’t happen in a high stress condescending environment. They make it fun, memorable, and infuse enough real life to have it “click” in your head. As long as they’re here doing this, I’ll be making the 2 hour trip to come and re-certify. Keep up the good work!
