Swimming, weight training, pickleball, basketball. The staff are very friendly. The group exercise program is excellent. It's good for exercising because it takes care of kids. It's so good for kids to play in the pool. The sauna and spa facilities are great. Above all, the trainers are very good

We had a birthday party for our daughter, the rock climbing activity. Not only the kids had so much fun, we had fun and could relax and enjoy the party. They took care of everything, super nice and kind staff. Everything was planned perfectly! Mercedes is amazing, I had zero anxiety both planning the party with her and at the location. She is a true leader. Other than the birthday party, we are so happy with the gym quality, pool quality, swimming lessons and the quality of care they provide for children.

Best staff in the world at this location. Super nice and keeps club in amazing condition. Staff is very helpful, dropped a smoothie in the cafe and within seconds there were 4 staff members helping me out and comped another smoothie. Best service absolute 10/10.

I will happily change my review to 5 stars when: •The cafe serves bone broth. •They have at least one tanning+red light bed (standing or laying). •Some kind of nap room for parents. I know google has nap pods for their employees. Worth looking into.

Definitely overpriced membership for the gym equipment and amenities being provided. It’s normally usually crowded and doesn’t have enough of the same isolation machines so I normally would have to wait on people. I recently switched to fitness connection on lakeline and I am loving it so much and paying less with much more access to better gym equipment and more space. Lifetime has to do better!
