I have had nothing but great experiences here. My son and I do the limber babies yoga class and we both love it. I was never very fond of yoga until I came here. If money wasn't so tight, my baby & I would be coming more. I would recommend this place to all! Thanks for everything you do!!

If Aubrey Jackson, owner of Limber yoga, invites you to a party at her yoga studio, (especially to celebrate 15 years of marvelous business) , be sure and go. She really knows how to put on a party. It was a family party with lots of kids and adults of all ages and shapes doing yoga together and playing games and having fun. Your inner child will really have a good time. I had so much creative fun in the class with five different teachers leading different styles of yoga. Plus, the food was fabulous and the chocolate cake from the French bakery was over the top.

Limber Yoga is wonderful! The space is welcoming and has everything needed for a restorative experience. I’ve been attending Limber Babies taught by Aubrey. The class is so welcoming for new parents, Aubrey makes it as easy as possible for parents to get out of the house and enjoy a bit of movement with their babies. Highly recommend Aubrey and Limber Yoga!

Limber Yoga is amazing! I've been taking Aubrey's Prenatal yoga classes since early pregnancy and it's by far the most valuable practice I've done for myself & baby. Beyond movement and breathing practices, this studio has a really comforting sense of community and support. I've met several friends and discovered invaluable resources through Aubrey and others throughout my 8 months of joining. I can't wait to try their baby classes - and can't recommend this studio enough!
