One of several entrances to Walnut Creek Park. This entrance is close to several of the demanding dirt trails. Ideal for bikes, but good for walking if you don't mind a lot of up and down. Lots of trees so it's cool even in hot weather. It had been over a year since I was last here. I was surprised to find a new well done trail. I wasn't expecting that. One of the great things about Walnut Creek Park is that the trails are multiply connected so you don't have to take the same path back to the entrance. I still think that Walnut Creek Park is the best hike and bike park in Central Texas.
