I hadn’t been here in a couple years and there’s been some improvements to the food. Got the classic burger with a couple additions, with the onion rings with chipotle mayo. Oh my lord, was it all so delicious. The server and kitchen handled my one small substitution request on the burger perfectly. And the onion rings were hot and perfectly crispy. Absolutely perfect burger. So delicious. Draft beer selection was on point, and service (shout out Sean!) was friendly and welcoming. I NEEDED a burger while visiting Capital Hill and was told this was the place for a fantastic burger and great fries, and it was perfect. I mean, literally, perfect bun, melty cheese, hot, yum!!!! I got the Happy Hour Happy Meal and a draft IPA and enjoyed every morsel of the food, environment, and experience. The vibe is chill and comfy Seattle.
