I found the Lions Den when I was searching for a CrossFit box. I also was open beyond CF because of the risks linked to bad form (and injuries) with heavy weights and high reps. What I love about the Lions Den is that the coaches and workout plans are very intentional— on functional mobility and strength, on form, warm ups, soft tissue work, and whatever variations needed to accommodate small or bigger injuries and keeping a growth course. I love when the coaches correct my form, or when they give me advice on very specific gain goals. One super cool gain that I wasn’t even shooting for is my endurance, but it improved so much, and I also watched myself sprinting better than I have ever experienced. 🏃‍♀️ The only thing I’m missing is the gymnastics piece of CF. But if that’s not an affinity for someone, I believe this is an outstanding gym. I also met one of my best friends there, many great people, and their Christmas workouts and parties are awesome. 😁

I learned about Lions Den because it was conveniently 4 minutes away from my house and I desperately needed someone to metaphorically hold my hand in my attempt to revitalize my fitness journey. The team genuinely cares about guiding their clients closer to their goals. I have only been going for 4 months and I am already practicing movements I never thought possible! The workout plans are professionally crafted and they mix things up after each cycle is completed. It's liberating to show up and know you will be coached through a challenging and effective class- you are not alone in it! Many thanks to the Lions Den team for being so friendly, motivating, and skillful!

I came to this space to focus on Fusion Combat Training Center. When I walked into the gym, I was greeted by Ian, a Lions Den employee, and my life was changed for the better. My goal into 2025 was to really lean into a fitness routine, as I’d never had one before. I was intrigued by the class session environment, compared to an open gym. For me, the class environment allows me to ‘not think & just do’. I think the entire Lions Den staff are remarkable and well educated. From my initial assessment & 1:1 work with Ian, to my now 2.5 months of class sessions with Reagan, Jeff, Sarah, Tristan, and Kim, whom I’ve trained with most. I feel that they all have vested interest in my success. I still was interested in Fusion Combat, so now I’m actually a member of both programs, which grants me a 20% discount on each! This bonus has made my experience much more enjoyable and I am finding the value, everytime I enter the gym. With Lions Den, I signed up for the 12 month, Base Plus program, which grants me access to their sauna & ice bath recovery room. This was an added bonus for me, since I hadn’t utilized a sauna/ice bath in my fitness for a couple years now! I am genuinely happy with my investment and while I have missed a week of classes due to a minor injury, I really felt the pull to want to be at Lions Den, in the class, and then into the sauna/ice bath. I love it here, looking forward to grinding away and becoming a more well-rounded individual!

I’ve been to quite a number of gyms, most often CrossFit gyms. Lions Den by far has the most expert coaches I’ve met in my fitness journey! I always feel challenged with their personally programmed functional fitness classes, unlike some of the generically programmed CrossFit gyms I’ve been to. I very much appreciate the professional expertise that all the coaches bring to the table, especially as I meet my own physical challenges. Lions Den caters to all fitness levels and Coach Kim instrumental in helping me lose over 100lbs! Thanks to her, my life is entirely new and different!
