I attended a mixology class with Liquid Lab and would highly recommend it. Definitely eat something beforehand because you will be making four full cocktails! They all had their own spin (not just your typical Moscow Mule) and I loved learning about proper technique and what to take into account with flavor profiles. There's an intermission halfway through for food (and it was delicious). There was even a make-your-own cocktail competition at the end for an extra fun ending. It's a great value and would definitely do it again!
