Had a fantastic dining experience at Little Big Burger! The burger was cooked to perfection, and the truffle fries were truly out of this world. My wife and I both thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The only reason I'm not giving it a full 5 stars is that we started with a self-checkout station, which wasn't my favorite. Luckily, a friendly employee noticed and stepped in to take our order, which greatly improved our experience. Would be great to have more human interaction options throughout the process, but overall, a great spot for a tasty meal!

Have been for years telling a friend about how good the burgers are here, so we decided to go since I hadn't been in a while and he never had been. When we arrived, there were only 3 small groups of 2 or 3 waiting, but it still took around 15 minutes for one of the 2 guys working that night to take the order of the ladies ahead of us and ours. Sadly, we only spotted the self order kiosk after sitting down to wait. When people started arriving shortly after that, it became clear they weren't just trying to put a couple larger orders together, they were swamped with call in orders, and everyone started got pretty frustrated at the wait. An hour and a half later (now 8 pm and way too late for me to eat that dense of food), I asked about where our order was on the list. He looked and I believe he pulled our ticket from another stack then said it was next. Food came up pretty quickly after that, but the burgers were way over cooked and we had to ask for the second order of fries. Neither batch of fries really tasted of Truffle (unlike in previous visits). One plus, the float was truly one of the best I've ever had. Even so, overall the meal was dissatisfying and genuinely disappointing, especially for the wait and price ($34 for 2 burgers, fries and a float). As a long time referring customer and a potential new one, we were not even a little impressed or happy. Doubt either us will be back again, or recommend Little Big Burger to friends any longer.

My family loves this place but I never thought to give a review until today. We had out-of-town guests and came for some truffle fries. We hadn’t realized how close it was to a closing time. Andy the manager not only opened the already locked door for us but went above and beyond to make the fries happen. He was so kind and thoughtful! And the fries were of course so so good. I wish I could give 10 stars ⭐️

Went on a Saturday and it was very busy with only one person working (curly haired kid) but he managed it well. It was a long wait but definitely not his fault. Maybe hire more people. Burger was delicious and he was nice and apologetic for making us wait.

First time in in awhile. Veggie burger with a pathetically thin patty. Not worth $8, false advertising with the picture of the veggie burger on their menu.
