I came to him last year barely able to walk due to pain, and he helped me pinpoint what I needed to strengthen and moves to avoid, when to rest to support my recovery, and he provided much-needed encouragement throughout the process. Geoff actively works to create a supportive and safe environment, and he’s great at adapting my workouts based on how my body is feeling and what my current goals are. Although I’ve been pretty active my whole life, I had never really lifted weights before I worked with Geoff and now it’s a part of my week I look forward to! Under his guidance, I’m now training for a half marathon and feeling so much stronger, in a sustainable way. 10/10 recommend for anyone, from very experienced athletes to folks brand new to fitness.
