After purchasing, I simply asked the employee for a tiny sample spoon so my daughter could try her ice cream in the car. To my shock, he told me he could sell me a spoon but would not give me one. When I explained that I’ve always been given a sample spoon when trying new flavors, he insisted that I should’ve asked to sample before buying. I responded, “Should I return the ice cream, sample it, and buy it again then?”—clearly frustrated and confused. Instead of understanding, he accused me of being an “antagonist” and said he would have to refuse my business. All over a plastic spoon—AFTER I spent over $30. I reminded him I come in weekly, and he sarcastically said, “Well if you come here all the time, how come you didn’t know we had pecan flavor?” Excuse me?? That comment was rude, petty, and completely uncalled for. What kind of business treats a regular customer like this? It’s like going to a restaurant, ordering a meal, and being told you can’t have a fork unless you ask for one first. This was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I will absolutely be speaking to a manager and I will NEVER spend another penny here. Disrespectful, unprofessional, and flat-out ridiculous. I will never come here again and spend another dollar.
