If something I’m looking for happens to be out of stock, the friendly team always knows when it’ll be back—and they’re happy to recommend new arrivals I haven’t tried yet. (I also really enjoy their marketing emails about what’s happening on the farms!) An easy five stars for the amazing products and outstanding service.

I’ve been coming to local pastures for a while now and they carry some unique things that I can’t easily find elsewhere. I particularly enjoy the mother culture kefir that’s about as close to a home brew as you’ll find at a store. I also enjoy their jalapeño chicken sausage that I wish they would find a way to keep in stock more. For the most part the customer service has been good. At other times it has been off but I try to give a pass to those kind of things with a small farm to retail place. There’s been a few reviews on here that I don’t think are fair given as long as I’ve frequented this place. I don’t really get the whole try to sucker punch a small business for a singular customer service experience when you can just call and speak to management who probably aren’t aware of it. It appears from the managements comments they want to correct the recent issue. If after that the issue remains then I think reviews are a fair response. It seems strange to leave a permanent review for a singular negative customer service moment for a small ma and pa place. I’ve come here for couple years now. I’ve no Lu had good food experiences and have been happy to find unique farm to store with humane and healthy products. It would be helpful for them to probably do a training on their employees as I’ve had a couple of hiccups with the staff but most of the staff has been great over all.
