The Bad: - The address on Google Maps does not take you to the right place. - Parking was $25 per car! The information on the website says cars are $15. - Our boat was scheduled from 3-7pm. My party arrived between 2:30-2:45pm to ensure we were there with plenty of time to get organized, as suggested on the website. The captain knew he was running late (this was communicated via text). The boat did not pick us up until around 3:30pm. Most of us had been waiting outside for an hour. There was no apology issued, just a reassurance that we'd "get our time." - I paid an extra $50 for a beer pong table. No table was provided with no explanation. - My party stopped for ice. The captain also got gas for the boat which took more time than my party took to buy ice. This cut time out of our charter and felt like it should have been done ahead of being picked up. - At the very end of the trip, a member of our group was informed that they had lost a family member. Amongst all the chaos that was ensuing, the captain was pressing for his mandatory "captain's fee." The fee is an additional 20% ON TOP of the cost of the boat that must be paid directly to the captain. Why isn't this included in the pricing? What did our captain really do to warrant an almost $200 mandatory tip? Bro sat on a boat all day. And let's not forget, he was pressing for this fee as our party is dealing with a death. Overall, not great. I wouldn't use this business again in the future.

Very professional but also very friendly and fun. He was also very aware of our surroundings and other boats and making sure we were all safe. Everyone had a great time and we highly recommend using Lone Star Party Boats and the Cactus Jack and Captain Joel!
